PURPOSE AND SCOPE:Candidate will be involved in all O&M activities, support asset managers, developers, and financiers for PV systems.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Understand the design, detailed layout and operation principles of a solar power plant, including substation and transmission line. • Coordinate with O&M contractor to develop corrective maintenance plan and preventive maintenance plan.• Collaborate with Performance Engineer & O&M contractor to enhance plant performance and availability.• Coordinate operations with partners and EVN through close communication.• Analyze PV panel testing, including thermography and IV curves.• Understand and analyze the testing results of all components in PV systems.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for O&M activities. • Coordinate with OEM and O&M contractor to resolve technical issues with the PV system.• Manage spare parts and generated purchase requests. • Schedule preventative and predictive maintenance. • On-site supervision for O&M activities align with Group requirements. • Coordinate with O&M contractor, partners and HSE officer to ensure safety of plant.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering such as Renewable Energy Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, or quantitative field. • English Proficiency: Fluent with strong communication skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.• Prioritize candidates with no experience.• Experience developing and executing regular O&M programs, including minor and significant corrections.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS:• Adaptability and Fast-Paced Work Environment: Possesses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, showcasing flexibility and a keen willingness to learn and adapt as needed.• Team Collaboration: Exhibits the ability to contribute effectively as a team member, emphasizing group achievement over individual success.• Flexible availability – Able to work extended hours to address urgent work exigencies and travel to project sites upon request.INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING: • Comprehensive resume/CV with recent photo• Current and expected salary in gross• Date of availabilityONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED.
