O&M Management Supervisor OR Manager

1. General O&M Management• Supervise and coordinate the performance of outsourced PM service provider• Monitor daily operation status of buildings, public facilities, and infrastructure• Identify and report maintenance issues or defects to contractors and follow up on repairs• Coordinate with utility service providers and government entities as needed2. Clubhouse Operations• Oversee daily operation of the clubhouse, including customer service and cleanliness• Supervise café operation (staff, supplies, quality control, customer satisfaction)• Manage clubhouse events or facility booking when applicable• Tenant Management3. Vendor & Contractor Management• Liaise with facility maintenance vendors, security, cleaning, landscaping services• Ensure compliance with service contracts, SLAs, and quality standards4. Budgeting & Cost Management• Prepare and manage annual/quarterly operating budgets• Analyze and optimize operating expenses (maintenance, service contracts, repairs)5. Reporting & Communication• Prepare operation reports for management and head office• Coordinate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
