O&M Technician - Facilities Systems

Line manager: BMS Engineer/Maintenance Manager About the Role: As a CBRE O&M Technician_Facility systems, you’ll take responsibility for the operation & maintenance of (1) the Building Management System (BMS); and (2) SCADA system;/ Mechanical / Electrical System for whole manufacturing factory. This job is a part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing maintenance work (included in (1) corrective maintenance_CM; (2) autonomous maintenance_AM; (3) preventive maintenance_PM; (4) predictive maintenance_PdM; etc.) for BMS system and SCADA system in order improving stability, reliability & energy efficiency. What You’ll Do: Take overall responsibility in managing and performing/executing the Maintenance Works for Building Management System (BMS) and the Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system/ / Mechanical / Electrical System as following below: • Perform/carry out all Maintenance tasks (included in CM; AM; PM; PdM; etc.). • Participate team in investigation/troubleshooting all matters/issues which related to BMS and SCADA system / Mechanical / Electrical System. • Onsite supervison 3rd parties in carrying out (1) maintenance works/tasks by service contracts; (2) sensors calibration; (3) others related to BMS & SCADA / / Mechanical / Electrical System• Documents management for BMS & SCADA / / Mechanical / Electrical System• Modification forBMS & SCADA / / Mechanical / Electrical System to improve (1) stability, reliability; and (2) energy efficiency of facilities systems. • Respond quickly to emergency situations by matrix to resume BMS & SCADA / / Mechanical / Electrical System back to normal in shortest time (complied with service level agreements_SLA matrix aligned with client). • Other tasks will be assigned later. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
