Online Operation Assistant Manager

Responsibility 1: Manage Online Operations process at stores- Control the quality of Online store operations, including but not limited as order processing, picking, packing, internal and external delivery, customer consulting, and problem-solving.- Analyze the performance of online store operations (e.g., OTD, FFR, SLA, successful orders, picked and packed SKUs, delivery distance).- Communicate with relevant departments to improve online operations, enhance personnel productivity, create effective layouts, and increase order fulfillment efficiency.- Develop SOPs, instructions, guidelines, and standards. Organize and conduct training sessions (both in-person and online), supervise, evaluate, and ensure compliance at the Online store level.- Manage third party services quality (commitment, issues).- Propose continuous improvement for the Back-end in order to support store team.- Visit stores for routine checks and staff training.Responsibility 2: Plan and deploy new services- Implement new functions, competitive services, make action plans and analysis as well as monitor progress.- Negotiate with stakeholders, providers for development.- Coordinate with various teams to analyze requirements and plan each project.- Implement reports and improvement plans for operation process.- Other tasks assigned by Manager, HOD.
