Onsite Product Manufacturing Manager

Department: Production Position: Onsite Product Manufacturing ManagerDirect Leader: Production Manager MissionWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Product Manufacturing Manager who will take following tasks:- Plan and optimize product manufacturing in terms of costs, quality and deadlines- Manage (projects) and determine the medium/long term activity load- Define production objectives and schedule (ramp-up, rejection rate, defect rate)- Manage costs associated with the project- Validate the manufacturing file- Manage and validate the different stages of the industrialization process with 3P- Anticipate and define resource needs (material and human)- Analyze the causes of product non-conformities and implement action plans- Ensure that exemptions are applied and reservations are lifted- Monitor compliance with cost, deadline and quality objectives defined through monitoring indicators- Manage continuous improvement actions- Participate in production transfers- Manage the manufacturing teams (project, production…)- Manage the process in accordance with management standards (quality, environment, information systems security, etc.)- Integrate knowledge of legal metrology and associated normative aspects into its activity.
