Operations Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of serviced apartments and villas to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Coordinate with facility management teams for timely maintenance and property upkeep.Manage budgets and operational costs to maximize profitability without compromising service quality.Leasing and Marketing:Develop and execute leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and achieve revenue targets.Analyze market trends to set competitive pricing and identify opportunities for business growth.Build relationships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, and real estate brokers to secure long-term leases.Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to attract tenants.Review and negotiate lease agreements to align with company objectives.Customer Experience:Drive initiatives to enhance the guest experience and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.Resolve tenant issues and complaints promptly and effectively.Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and manage teams, including operations staff, leasing agents, and support personnel.Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet business and operational objectives.Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Financial and Performance Management:Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue per available unit (RevPAR), and net operating income (NOI).Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.Present performance reports to senior management and BOD.

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of property leasing, contract negotiation, and real estate market trends.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in property management systems and tools (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar software).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
