Managing Staff • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a professional forwarding team. • Task Assignment: Distribute tasks appropriately and manage the work schedules of staff. • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve work efficiency.3. Managing Partnerships and Customers • Working with Suppliers and Customers: Build and maintain relationships with transport service providers, carriers, customers, and related partners. • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and sign contracts with partners and customers to ensure quality services and reasonable costs. • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality forwarding services and timely customer support.4. Business Development and Growth • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities for business expansion and growth. • Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company. • Product and Service Development: Oversee the development of new products and services to meet market demand and drive revenue growth.5. Analysis and Reporting • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data on forwarding operations to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of forwarding operations and present them to company leadership.6. Managing Costs and Budget • Budgeting: Establish and manage budgets for forwarding activities. • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs related to forwarding to ensure economic efficiency.7. Compliance with Regulations and Standards • Legal Compliance: Ensure all forwarding activities comply with legal regulations and international safety and quality standards. • Policy Development: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient forwarding operations.8.
