Operation Manager (OM; COO)

Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement operational strategies and business development plans aligned with the CEO's objectives.Ensure all projects and business activities are executed on schedule and achieve the highest KPIs.Operational Management:Oversee and manage all company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.Team Development:Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of the operations team.Build a professional workforce that meets the company’s growth needs.Financial and Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring effective cost utilization.Analyze and monitor financial metrics to evaluate performance and implement necessary adjustments.Performance Reporting:Monitor and provide periodic reports on operational performance to the CEO and stakeholders.Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Strategic and Project Support:Participate in strategic planning and assist in implementing major company projects as directed by the CEO and stakeholders.Other Responsibilities:Perform other duties assigned by the CEO and the leadership team.
