1. Operational Risk ManagementIdentify, assess and mitiagate risks associated with operations. Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls to minimize operational risksMonitor and report on risk exposures and operation incidents, providing recommendations for corrective actions.Collaborate with operations departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management2. Change Management and InitiativesLead and support change management initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency Develop and execute operation-related project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes and initiatives related to operationsMonitor progress and performance of change initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes3. Data Management and Reporting Collect, analyze, and interprete data to provide insights into business performance and operational efficiencyPrepare and present regular reports on key risk indicators (KRIs) and other relevant metrics to senior management and Head office Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data managementMaintain comprehensive records and databases to support reporting, decision-making processes, data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations4. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, banking or related fieldExperience in banking industryStrong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem solving skills \Good communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policy and procedures. Good knowledge of data analysis, Operations systems, process, workflows and policies/regulatory requirements in operational risk managementConflict management and adaptability are preferrable.
