1. Co-ordinate with customers and colleagues to fulfill the job.2. Co-ordinate with overseas/ national agencies regarding the operation of shipments.3. Co-ordinate with carriers (airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders) to proceed the shipments.4. Handle daily working related to operation and documentation.5. Solving all the matters/problems related to operation jobs.6. Excellent communication skills (English and Vietnamese), spoken and written.

A- The working experience in international logistics and forwarding business from 1-2 years.B- Working time is as per the U.S. Eastern time, from 8PM-5AM Vietnam time, mainly work with Forwarders/ Agents.C- Be good at the communications between the U.S. headquarter and the Forwarders/ Agents.D- Fluent English, good at reading, writing, listening, and speaking, can work with overseas suppliers well.E- Good at learning, be careful in dealing with documents, fast-learning ability, can master the products knowledge, applications, business operations quickly.*** Benefits only for night shift staffs:F- Enjoy holidays of both the Vietnamese calendar and USA.G- Be transferred to US for training 1 month after 1-2 years of work.H- High salary + Bonus $10/ per a night working day.Working time is as per the U.S. Eastern time, from 8PM-5AM Vietnam time - For Night ShiftLocation: Everrich Building, 290 An Duong Vuong Street, Ward 4, District 5, HCMC. You can work from home; coming to the office is not necessary.
