2. Implement building regulations, tenant handbook policies, and administrative procedures; draft official communications.
3. Coordinate with nearby office buildings, communities, and public institutions (e.g., local police, fire department, government agencies)
4. Prepare and execute monthly work plans and reports.
5. Conduct inspections of building equipment, facilities, and software
6. Enforce building safety regulations and conduct regular safety and fire-fighting training.
7. Train and supervise on-site staff.
8. Implement SOPs and building management regulations on-site.
9. Handle communication, coordination, and reporting during emergencies or unexpected events (including on-site problem-solving)
10. Organize and report to management authorities and maintain communication with government agencies.
11. Manage and monitor usage of keys for all public areas within the building.
12. Supervise maintenance of all public facilities
13. Process Fit-out applications, review plans, and conduct site inspections.
14. Conduct handovers, construction acceptances, and on-site meetings for tenant fit-out projects.
15. Supervise and inspect cleanliness of public areas inside and outside the building.
16. Draft building notices and announcements
17. Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Working location: Phu My Hung, District 7
- Education: Degrees in Hospitality, Real Estate, Business Administration or any related education background
- Experience: At least 1 - 2 year experience in same postition. Experiences in operation in office building is advantage .
- Fluent speaking in English.
- Can communicate Chinese (Mandarin) is a big plus.
- Good management and communication skills.
