Mô Tả Công Việc

This position is recruited for Hong Kong Headquarter, but working location in Viet Nam- Resolve SEA Origins enquires.- Ensure SEA Origins fulfill Customer’s SLA, follow/ implement Customer’s instruction.- Monitor daily reports- Follow up on past due Vendor invoice with SEA Origins- Maintain SEA Origins Profile- Follow up with SEA Origins to ensure the Mother Vessel schedule is up to date in VMS- Maintain thorough working knowledge of customers’ SOP; adapt quickly to any changes or new instructions.- Conduct monthly performance (KPI) review with SEA Origins- Ensure all team tasks are carried through to completion.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Degree holder in Logistics or other related disciplines is highly preferred- At least 2 years working experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry- Chinese/English fast typing with high accuracy, familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel & Outlook)- Good command of both spoken and written English; and Cantonese and Mandarin writing / speaking is highly preferred- Good at English reading and writing, CET-4 or above- Good telephone manner- Willing to work overtime- Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, Team player, good communication and presentation skills
