Scope of work: Managing and taking overall responsibility for Lavis 18 Residence, directing and planning in order to maintain and improve the operations and service quality of the respective business units.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery. Be instrumental in the development of new service initiatives
- Work independently to actively manage key property goals (including capital projects; customer service; refurbishment, administration)
- Assist the development of meaningful, achievable hotel/serviced apartment budgets and other short and long-term strategic goals and monitor their implementation
- Lead and manage front office, housekeeping food and beverage, admin, and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Respond to audits that are completed by the company or external ones, to ensure continual improvement is achieve. Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Implement and maintain operational standards across properties to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify where needed
- Coach and develop the Heads of Department reporting to him/her, through objective setting and personal development, to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company
- Seek and respond to Guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction, ensure to maintain active floor presence on a daily basis
- Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD teams
- Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis
- Ensures brand and regional business initiatives are implemented and communicates follow-up actions to team as necessary
- Ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

- Working Time: 44h/ week, Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) & Saturday morning (8:00 am - 12:00 pm)
- Be willing to work overtime when needed
- Working location: Dist.3, HCMC
- Previous Property Manager experience in hotels/serviced apartments environment is required.
- Bachelor's degree of related professions.
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
- Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
- Ability to analyze, quantify, solve problems well, good judgment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Good in writing reports and presentations
- Be progressive, be highly responsible, to be aware of service, with stand high pressures.
