Operations Staff – Air & Ocean Exports

The person whom we are looking for shall be well versed with Ocean Freight Operations who can cater for Dart Global Logistics VN. This position is based in our VN Office and working for VN working time and Holiday Calendar.Job Responsibilities- Should book shipping line container release (online) and to talk to them over phone- Coordinate with Transporter and GATE IN - Customs Passing (training will be given by us) - Prepare draft BL & confirm the same with the client- Share shipment status with the client - Finalize BL - Share pre-alert to agent or client - Follow up transit and ensure proper update shared until it reached destination- US shipment should file ISF- Close Billing as per the agreed rate - Enter AP in ERP and follow up with accounts for timely settlement- Coordinate with Back office team and conclude all DATA Entry and complete the JOB.
