Act as the primary onsite liaison for in-office staff and remote team members.Oversee and manage daily operational workflows, ensuring alignment withorganizational goals.Support Activation, Technical Support, and Customer Support functions by managing escalations, streamlining processes, and ensuring SLA adherence.Working closely with the US Management team on a daily basis to ensure clients success.Monitor and manage email and call volumes to meet merchant and agent expectations.Lead and inspire the team to achieve their performance goals in a fast-pacedenvironment.Provide operational oversight for projects, including equipment management and process improvements.Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal departments, and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence.Address technical and customer support queries effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

5 years in operational management, merchant services, or a similar field.At least 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or managerial role.Flexibility to work night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM Vietnam time, Monday toFriday).Proficiency in handling customer service, activation, and technical support tasks.Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.Familiarity with workflow tools like CRMs, ticketing systems, or similarplatforms.
