Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize NetSuite solutions for our business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, customize NetSuite modules, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Responsibilities:Implement and configure Oracle NetSuite ERP to meet business requirements.Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into NetSuite solutions.Customize NetSuite modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.Perform system integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient adoption.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruptions.Facilitate communication between Hands-on teams and Key Users to ensure smooth project implementation.Conduct NetSuite function demonstrations for stakeholders.Stay updated on NetSuite best practices and recommend enhancements for system optimization.Document processes, configurations, and modifications for internal knowledge management.

At least 3 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support.Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules: Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance (including Fixed Assets).Familiar with NetSuite functions and able to conduct system demonstrations.Must be fluent in Mandarin or English (Mandarin is preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to facilitate communication between Hands-on teams and Key Users.Experience in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP API) is a plus.Understanding of ERP workflows, accounting principles, and business processes.
