Fabrik & co attaches great importance to both itsemployees and its customers and we sincerely believe that to achieveexcellence, it starts with competent, motivated employees who are happy tomake a difference.We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Order Processing Executive.MAIN TASKS:- Make sure the suppliers received the orders.- Update prices, ETD on the Purchase orders.- Complete the follow up.- Follow every order and make sure the supplier will respect the ETD they give.- Check late orders.- Received the invoices in SAP.- Process the invoices in SAP.- When suppliers request a payment, check then ask the accounting team to send the process the payment.- Communicate with Chinese suppliers.- Research suppliers/product if needed.- Do Delivery Process.- Other related tasks if needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field is often required- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the same roles but freshers are welcome to apply.- Good management and administration skills.- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage projects and well coordinate with cross team.- Fluent communication and interpersonal skills, conversation in English, can speak French is a plus.- Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done.- Willing to learn and good team cooperation.BENEFITS:- Gross salary: 400 – 600 USD per month.- Full salary during the 2-month probation: because we value your contribution and effort.- Social, health, and unemployment insurance based on your basic salary.- Annual salary review.- 12 annual leave days and 1 paid birthday leave.- A laptop and 2 monitors provided.Working hours (Nov to Feb): 11 AM to 9 PM (Monday to Thursday), 8 AM to 12 PM (Friday)Working hours (Mar to Oct): 10 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Thursday), 8 AM to 12 PM (Friday)
