Position Responsibilities• Develop the Organization Chart, Headcount and staffing budget according to the strategic direction of Vingroup/VinFast Management;• Plan job title map and job descriptions;• Develop and manage the KPI system, performance evaluation and review for the markets;• Review, develop and validate the Income Scheme, HR Policies and regulations and compliance control in the departments and markets;• Projects on HR digital transformation and efficiency optimization;• Control labor compliance, provide documents, reports to the State agencies and reports for periodic inspections and audits.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus on HR management or relevant majors;• 05+ years of professional experience in HRBP/C&B/TA roles in large manufacturing/technology companies;• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations and a strong understanding of the labor market;• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with staff, including Vietnamese and international partners;• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;• A very self-confident, precise, and well-organized individual;• Ability to work under high pressure;• Fluent English is a must-have requirement;• Experienced with SAP is preferred.
