Job Relationships:Report to: General Director (dotted line to Regional Marketing Director)Direct report(s): Segment HeadProduct Senior Manager/ Product Manager/ Product Assistant ManagerOTC NPD ManagerAdministrative AssistantJob Summary:The OTC Marketing Director is responsible for managing the portfolio, commercialization planning, and execution for the OTC business. It involves executing marketing and commercial plans, driving product sales, and interfacing with target customers. The role also leads and directs the OTC marketing function to ensure policies, procedures, and activities align with the company's short- and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the company's public reputation. Additionally, the role contributes to business planning at the Management level to develop marketing strategies consistent with UIP's VMV and long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities:• Identify and expand OTC marketing opportunities, strengthening OTC business categories through communication and market activation strategies.• Develop and execute strategy and execution plans for OTC marketing and innovation for the brands under each category.• Develop and implement Category and Brand visions, translating them into visual identity systems, core creative ideas, integrated marketing communication, and innovation roadmaps and pipelines.• Accountable for delivering market volume, profit, and share targets through the implementation of marketing and operations plans.• Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, defining the interface and interactions with them.• Validate the medical story per marketing plan.• Lead and manage special projects assigned by the General Director.• Develop the team, including succession planning, career development, mentoring, and coaching.

Qualifications: • Degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or Communications. MBA holder is highly preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience at managerial roles in marketing/sales in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG companies.• Strong experience in OTC business, consumer goods, and new product development (NPD). • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Digital Marketing strategies, tools, and analytics, especially within the healthcare industry. • Ability to leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, patient engagement, and HCP (Healthcare Professionals) outreach.• Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital content strategy.Competency Requirements: • Entrepreneurial Mindset / Business and Financial Acumen.• Forward Planning / Foresight.• Strong understanding of company processes and operations.• Insight culling and strategy development.• Good communication skills.• Fluent and strong English comprehension.• Strong ability to network and forge relationships.• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team toward a common goal.
