Outlet Manager/ Quản lý nhà hàng

• To assist the F&B manager in any task outlined/detailed by him/her.
• To take time and get to know the guests, and to be committed to service excellence.
• To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests satisfaction.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing:

1. To short list new potential staff members for development.
2. Responsible for the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours.
3. To prepare schedules for all personnel according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide, to ensure adequate manpower at all times and under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager.

Operations:

To conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s i.e. guest care, service standards, up-selling approach, product knowledge, etc.
1. To prepare and issue duty schedules for the assigned team.
2. To evaluate the performance of the assigned team and initiate internal promotions.
3. To ensure that under no circumstances the entrance door is left unattended.
4. To establish and update the outlet’s database of regular guests.
5. To report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance Department.
6. To participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management.
7. To resolve guest complaints immediately.
8. To be actively involved in the outlets promotional activities.
9. To control / counter signs all store requisitions (operating material, food products and beverages) and ensures their accurate delivery.
10. To take part in the month end inventory with the cost controller to ensure that closing stocks are recorded as accurate as possible.
11. To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
12. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
