Client service: • Receive/respond customers’ inquiries via calls/emails, provide guidance and send related bank forms; • Handle customer’s applications related to accounts (account opening, modifying and closing);• Conduct KYC including biometric and follow-up contact with customers for expired ID documents/ corporate documents as required by regulations;• Handle team mailing of bank/customer’s documents via counter/post mail; • Perform daily administrative tasks and assist RMs in delivering seamless customer service.Transactions Handling: • Manage FX & Time Deposit transactions; Involve in the process of customer's FX/Time Deposit transactions, and contact customers for pricing confirmation;Others: other tasks as assigned by TH/DH

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good command in English• Good communication skills• University graduation in banking, finance• At least 2 years of experience banking’s account service or client services• Strong customer service skill• Carefulness, accuracy and execution skill are strongly required• Sense of responsibility, ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work
