Job description:• Identify and develop new international markets by developing networks of agents, especially in key strategic regions.• Generate leads and actively pursue new overseas agents & customers, maintain and expand relationships with existing agents & customers• Exploring new business opportunities through attending oversea conference & exhibition & online meeting, oversea trips…• Represent the company at international logistics events, conferences, and trade shows.• Building up the strong relationship with agents & partners within the network or conference that the company is the member.• Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes to capture new business opportunities.• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to ensure effective service delivery.• Building plans and strategies to expand the oversea market.• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues from team members, ensuring effective resolution• Assist team members in pricing, sourcing for competitive costs, services…• Lead inter-departmental meetings and generate regular performance reports for management review

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Graduated in Economic, marketing, business and related subjects .• Communicating well in English both in writing and speaking, able to communicate in Chinese is a big advantage, able to conduct a meeting in English• Good knowledge on international markets/sales.• at least 3 years experience in the same role or 5 years working experience in the logistics company with proven leadership skills• Willing to work overtime, travelling both domestic and oversea• Having leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong customer orientation.• High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.Benefits• Working in a professional environment• Having good opportunities for courses/trainings in/out of Vietnam• Having chances to inter-act with customers/partners around the world.• Having chance to be promoted to OBD ManagerGood base salary/allowance + high incentive basing on personal/team performance (the commission can be up to 40-50% profit if over target)• Getting 14 months of salary per year (for a full year working) in average and more bonus basing on company financial result
