Purpose of RecruitmentTo expand our overseas market and increase the global market share of our aquafeed products,we are recruiting overseas sales representatives to develop markets, maintain customerrelationships, and promote sales.II. Job Positions and Responsibilities1. Job Positions:• Overseas Aquafeed Sales Representative• Overseas Aquafeed Sales Manager (based on experience and ability)2. Job Responsibilities:• Develop overseas markets and expand customer resources.• Establish and maintain good relationships with distributors, farms, and import/export companies.• Achieve sales targets by formulating and executing sales plans.• Conduct product promotion and provide technical support.• Research market trends, analyze customer needs, and propose market strategies.• Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand awareness.• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.• Assist the finance department with payment collection and risk control.
