The PG Business Developer is responsible for driving the new business and market growth for the Package Gasses business. You will be responsible for growing sales & profitability, and developing intimate knowledge of customers through existing and new business. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?- Understand the potential opportunities and timely discover prospects.- Approach customers for needs confirmation, solution proposal and persuasion and negotiation.- Prepare solution, proposal, contract.- Report call visit in system.- Deliver committed agreement and discover additional/ new demand of existing customers.- Find a solution to meet additional demand or enquiry.- Renew contract at its expiration.- Establish and update market data in assigned territories (customers, competitors).- Build basin report for highly potential areas.- Promote company image by attending exhibition, seminar, or relevant events.- Well understanding gas application and search/ develop new/ hidden market.- Project base, short term assignment or additional role.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree of Chemistry/Business Administration/ Foreign trade/Engineering- At least 2-3 years experience in technical sales with industrial products, preferably in a multinational organization with engineering/technical background- Excellent communication skills- Preferable experience in working for FDI enterprise with ERP and solution product which require customer production process- High adaptability & learning; strong communication, negotiation & proactiveness- Market orientation, practical and achieving great results- Project management; careful/attention to detail; willing to learn and explore technical issues- Ability to work in a team environment, mature minded as well as able to work independently with initiative.
