Parts - Accessories Ordering & Management

A. Budget Management- Prepare and manage the budget for parts and accessories ordering.- Monitor and analyze monthly expenses to ensure cost control.- Propose solutions to optimize inventory costs and improve financial efficiency.B. Ordering & Demand Planning- Analyze demand and place orders for parts and accessories across markets.- Set and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels for each Aftersales warehouse.- Monitor stock availability and ensure target service level (fill rate) is achieved.C. Order Coordination- Process orders from distributors and service centers accurately and in a timely manner.- Coordinate deliveries of parts and accessories to market warehouses.- Manage parts allocation for campaigns and special programs.- Handle and resolve order-related issues and complaints from distributors/service centers.D. Reporting & Process Improvement- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to order fulfillment and inventory performance.- Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Support the development and standardization of order management procedures.
