1. Production line management: equipment, tooling, jig and fixture, indirect material usage, standard time management, develop manufacturing instruction2. Process improvement: better efficiency, cost and labor time reduction3. Work seamless with quality engineer4. Monitor daily process flow, take immediate action to resolve any out of quality control issue5. Supervise PE technician to support PE task6. Ensure all work method, machine and tooling are safe7. Compile safety procedure and requirements released by safety committee8. Improve line layout

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Junior college (mechanism or electronic or industrial engineering) or above2. At least 5 years solid working experience in EMS PCBA business (must have in-depth and hands on knowledge on PCBA, wave soldering, coating).3. Good English communication, Chinese speaking will be plus.
