Performance Ads & Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Performance Ads & Growth Specialist to take charge of external performance advertising and contribute to data-driven growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing ads across platforms such as the Shopify App Store, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, focusing on ad campaigns, app store optimization, and user acquisition strategies.In addition to performance advertising, You will also collaborate across teams to support growth initiatives, including analyzing data, testing strategies, and personalizing user engagement. Growth responsibilities will be supported through on-the-job training with mentorship from a team of experienced members, allowing for skill development in collaboration, data analysis, and product insights.Key Responsibilities:Performance Ads Responsibilities • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across key platforms, including the Shopify App Store, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, to maximize app visibility, user acquisition, and conversions. • Continuously refine ad components, including keywords, ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting, to reduce cost per install (CPI) and increase return on ad spend (ROAS). • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns (e.g., Search, Display) to expand reach and drive growth. • Implement Facebook Ads as needed, focusing on retargeting, custom audiences, and creative experimentation. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.Growth Responsibilities • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize user acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate marketing and product strategies. • Implement scalable growth initiatives based on data insights and testing outcomes. • Collaborate with product, data, marketing, and support teams to improve user experience, onboarding, and retention. • Provide recommendations to enhance product features and marketing strategies.
