As a member of the Marketing Department of HLG Vietnam, your main duties will be:- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms;- Optimize ad spend to maximize lead generation while maintaining cost efficiency;- A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates;- Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure campaign effectiveness;- Support the Marketing team with event coordination and client invitation;- Manage HLG’s in-house ad accounts and oversee campaigns run by external agencies;- Be responsible for personal KPI and targets;- Participate in Company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.;- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in lead generation or service-based industries;- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads;- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization;- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus;- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions;- Good command of English is a must (reading, speaking and writing).*** Working conditions- Contract duration: 1 year renewable;- Probation period: 2 months;- Working time: from Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day;- Workplace: Unit 2, Level 40, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu Str., Ben Nghe Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC;- Salary: negotiable based on candidate’s experience;- Performance bonus and year-end bonus: according to Company’s policy; - Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, annual leave: according to Vietnam’s labor regulations;- Dynamic, professional, friendly and multicultural working environment;- Professional training and guidance.
