Campaign Strategy & Management- Develop and implement PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn, aligning with company goals and target audiences.- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords for effective targeting.- Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers for engaging visuals that meet platform guidelines.- Collaborate with web designers to optimise landing pages for higher conversion rates.2. Performance Analysis & Optimisation- Monitor campaign performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, making adjustments to optimise results.- Conduct A/B testing on ad elements and landing pages to identify the best-performing strategies.Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.3. Budget Management- Manage PPC budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation to maximise ROI.- Track daily spending to stay within budget while maintaining campaign effectiveness.4. Research & Continuous Learning- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations to refine strategies.- Explore and integrate new tools or techniques to enhance campaign efficiency and results.5. Collaboration & Communication- Work with SEO, content marketing, and social media teams to ensure cohesive online marketing efforts.- Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and align with overall business objectives.6. Technical Proficiency & Tools- Utilise tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads Editor, and other digital marketing platforms to manage campaigns and analyse data.- Set up tracking codes, conversion pixels, and custom audiences for accurate performance measurement and reporting.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns.• Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads is a must (experience with Bing Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media advertising platforms is a plus).• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a data-driven mindset for campaign optimization.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.• Proficiency in English.• Google Ads certification or similar qualifications.
