Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Stimulai in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities-Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.-Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.-Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, calls, and document preparation.-Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.-Manage and prioritize tasks delegated by the CEO to ensure timely completion.-Maintain organized records of key business information and documentation.-Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.-Perform research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.-Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
