Must have: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP software development Familiar with PIM (Product Information Management) systems Experience with REST APIs and database design Familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git) Confident in English communication, both written and verbal Strong in analytical and creative thinking skills Confident in proposing and defending own solutions, while remaining open to feedback Comfortable navigating uncertainty and finding structure in unclear tasks Innovative and able to think beyond standard solutions (“outside-the-box” mindset) Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership Nice to have: Experienced in QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) practices Comfortable working with open-ended, abstract goals Proactive in developing and proposing implementation ideas without waiting for instruction Skilled in translating vague client wishes into clear, actionable steps Strong understanding of client expectations, even when not fully expressed
