- The Sales Executive to promote PITO to achieve optimal revenue and while maintain the customer relationship.
- Following the instruction from Director on daily sales activities and sales & marketing strategies to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored and sales goals are achieved towards performance revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
- Complete induction program upon joining to fully understand the concept, philosophy, technology and workflow of PITO.
- By using the existing database prepared by PITO to conduct physical and tele sales.
- Develop new clients by physical, tele-sales and any other other means.
- Understanding of the performance budget.
- Achieve monthly and yearly performance budget.
- Participate in daily morning briefing
- Attend client’s event.
- Visit clients after the event as a part of customer relationship management.
- Use PITO Club as effective sales tool to gain additional revenue in the future and for customer relationship management.
- Any other duty assigned by the company director.
- You may need to go on a sales trip when PITO expands in the future.
- Maintain good rapport with your clients, colleagues and partner companies.
Sales Reporting
Submit weekly sales report to Director.

- Pleasant yet pro-active and extravert personality and guest satisfaction oriented.
- Ability to work mainly on stable hours but also at time of events, evening and week-ends when needed.
- Pro-active, extravert personality
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and partner companies..
- Problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs.
- Good listening skill
- Good writing and spoken skill in Vietnamese. Any other language is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Management or Business Administration and understanding of Revenue Management.
Experience
1 years’ experience in sales & marketing preferably in hospitality field.
