Planning And Marketing Senior Executive - Music School (Temporary)

Job Description:• Take responsibility for all operational activities related to the establishment andmanagement of Yamaha Music School projects to ensure alignment with company objectives.• Lead, manage, and develop the teaching team to achieve sales targets and maintain highstandards of lesson quality.• Promote and expand the Yamaha Music School (YMS) music education brand throughoutreach and franchising efforts.• Strengthen collaboration with partners to support events, student enrollment, brandawareness, and franchise development initiatives.• Manage and monitor student enrollment to ensure annual targets are achieved.Key Responsibilities and Duties- Oversee all operational aspects of Yamaha Music School projects to ensure alignment withcompany strategy and objectives.- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of music teachers to meet both salestargets and lesson quality standards.- Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollment and ensure annual intake goals areachieved.- Promote the Yamaha Music School (YMS) brand through marketing, community outreach, andpublic relations activities.- Identify and pursue opportunities for franchising and expand the school network in alignmentwith company expansion plans.- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to support event planning,enrollment campaigns, and brand awareness efforts.- Coordinate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure seamlessexecution of school operations and projects.- Monitor school performance through data tracking and reporting, and provide regular updates tomanagement.- Ensure compliance with Yamaha’s global standards in teaching methodology, customer service,and operational processes.- Cooperate with related departments to run the marketing campaigns/ events- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
