1. Build and lead a high-performing finance team by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.2. Support operation team in operation transformation, identifying improvement opportunities, establish the analysis model, business decision making and driving the profit growth. 3. Support plant operation team in AOP construction including but not limited to all KPI set up and tracking.4. Prepare and analysis plant P&L, manufacture variance and finance KPI. And provide the update to related operation and BU on time.5. Prepare monthly forecast report on time6. Improve the working process in Finance department internally to maximize the value creation. Such as Mass update process, Production hour management/reporting, monthly forecast, Fixed asset management, Inventories count process & etc.7. Support Annual audit by providing the Costing and Accounting information and justification to Auditor.8. Strengthen our control environment and enterprise risk management process, develop and educate business partners on metrics and measures that drive profitable actions.9. Ensure compliance with corporate, local policies and regulations, as well as promote company culture.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. 6+ years of working experience in operation side finance and willing to learn and accept new assignments.2. Good knowledge and experience in Costing analysis of manufacturing plant. Understand how to manage and improve Mfg. variance. 3. Good knowledge and experience in SAP.4. Have experience working in a manufacturing plant which has multiple/complicated products, structure, business model & etc.
