Plant IT Support Engineer

Your defining qualities:• Educational Background & Professional Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Have at least 3 years of experience in network administration and IT support, coupled with 2+ years in software development. Experience with manufacturing IT systems and SAP/ERP systems is a strong advantage.• Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, with hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security. Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and skilled in database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle). An understanding of information security principles and practices is essential, and knowledge of industrial control systems, OT networks, or virtualization technologies would be a great asset. Having certification in any technical skills are preferable.• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, allowing you to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (Vietnamese language skills preferred) enable you to interact effectively with diverse teams.
