Mô Tả Công Việc
Reception Area:
- Daily check of the reception area to ensure cleanliness, equipment, and contractor staff.
- Keep the service counter clean and take care of the plants.
- Prepare customer support forms.
Customer Support:
- Record information, notify the department head, and forward to relevant departments.
- Provide project information when required.
- Be familiar with building regulations, service procedures, and proficient in using the Property Cube application.
Reporting:
- Prepare reports as directed.
- Immediately report any unusual incidents or fire risks.
Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with other departments in daily operations.

- Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
