Key Accountabilities• Ensure POS requests performed as guidelines,• Fulfil all customer requests regarding on Insurance Policies (including minor, major and valuation request),• Regularly quality check POS transactions error rate should not exceed 1.5%,• On behalf of POS work with Project team/related departments for user requirement and UAT for system enhancement / projects related POS,• Cooperating with other department (New Business, Claim, Underwriting, Customer Service, Premium Control, Actuary, Product Develop) to implement related processes efficiently, effectively and adapt legally & Audit point,• Explain questions to clients/FCs accurate. Ensure process cases related decision from another department,• Making related reports,• Support line manager in managing team to reach KPI and customer / sales force satisfaction, training and coaching user, advice difficult cases to other users,• Other tasks which assigned by line manager from time to time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 years in POS, making reports and analyze data.• Qualification: Graduated University• Good clerical work experience.• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness. Work in an organized manner.• Proficient in MS Office• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to the company working environment.• Ability to contribute to a productive work environment: positive, team-oriented, customer-oriented• English: good in communicating/ reading and writing.
