JOB OVERVIEWAs a Port Machine Business Development Manager at SANY Group, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customers, identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the port machinery sector. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.As a new business in Vietnam, you will have the feeling of a start up company that there are no sales admins and legal team to support you.IV. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Market Research & Analysis• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the port machinery industry.• Analyze market data to develop strategic plans and identify potential business opportunities.2. Business Development• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand SANY's presence in the port machinery market.• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to potential clients and partners.3. Sales Strategy & Execution• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals and effective execution of sales plans.• Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure new business.4. Customer Relationship Management• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.• Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and resolve issues.• Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.5. Collaboration & Coordination• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and enhance market competitiveness.6. Reporting & Documentation• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities and client interactions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the port machinery or heavy equipment industry.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.• Strong understanding of the port machinery market and industry trends.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.• Highly motivated, self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
