We are looking for a Power Platform + D365FO and Azure API Management Developer to join our engineering team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and integrating business applications and automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem — focusing primarily on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Azure API Management.The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, and Travel Product departments) to design, develop, and test business process solutions that improve efficiency and enhance user experience.A strong understanding of business operations and processes, particularly in the travel industry, is a strong advantage.Your main responsibilities are: Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes and improve reporting.Creating and maintaining API gateways and security policies.Performing testing and documentation for developed solutions.Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure services to ensure seamless data flow.Develop and support D365FO integrations and extensions using X++ or OData, ensuring system stability and efficiency.Design, implement, and secure API gateways using Azure API Management, managing policies, authentication (OAuth2, Azure AD), and performance monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, user-focused technical solutions.Conduct testing and quality assurance (unit, integration, UAT) to maintain system reliability and documentation standards.Monitor and maintain integration and API performance, ensuring high availability and zero major incidents.Implement governance, environment management, and security controls across Power Platform and D365FO solutions.Continuously improve system performance, automation, and integration reliability through proactive monitoring and optimization.Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Collaborate with QA and business users to validate functional and non-functional requirements.

The Essentials:Bachelor ‘s degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or related field.Have 3+ years’ experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).Experience with D365FO (X++, Data Entities, OData, Integration).Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and RESTful API integration.Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, OAuth2, and authentication mechanisms.Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and JavaScript for data and API work.Experience in CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and environment management for Power Platform and D365.The Attributes:Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.Experience in the travel, tourism is a strong plus.Detail-oriented, with strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and process improvement.
