- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with our organisation's goals and objectives
- Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively convey our messages
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media representatives
- Organise and manage press conferences, media events, and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyse media coverage, preparing regular reports on PR initiatives and their impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Manage the organisation's social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to inquiries
- Assist in crisis management situations, developing appropriate communication strategies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for PR materials and campaigns
- Stay abreast of industry trends and local cultural nuances to inform PR strategies
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in PR, Marketing, or Communications, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
- Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of securing positive media coverage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Demonstrated ability in event planning and execution
- Crisis management skills and the ability to think on one's feet
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local Phu Quoc and Vietnamese media landscape (preferred)
- Culturally sensitive with the ability to navigate diverse business environments
