In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Barbaard Management’s online image across various digital platforms, including blogs, review sites, and Google search results. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our brand is represented accurately and positively in all online interactions, maintaining our reputation as a leader in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesReputation Management: Monitor, manage, and improve the company’s online reputation on blogs, review sites, and Google search results.Content Creation and Distribution: Develop and distribute compelling content that aligns with our brand’s voice and enhances our online presence.Review Management: Regularly monitor customer reviews on various platforms, responding promptly and professionally to both positive and negative feedback.Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with online media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure coverage and mentions that align with our brand values.Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to address any potential online PR crises, ensuring minimal impact on the company’s reputation.Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of online PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
