DXG’s service offerings are grouped into three key programs: Cloud & Data, HyperAutomation, and Global Partnership.Job Overview• We are seeking a dynamic Practice Leader to oversee and drive the growth of our specialized practice within the Center of Excellence (CoE) organization. This key role will be responsible for managing a team of experts in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, leadingcorporate programs, and contributing to the development and introduction of new services. The Practice Leader will play a crucial role in aligning the practice’s offerings with marketdemands and organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Development• Lead, mentor, and support a team of practice specialists, fostering their professional• growth and ensuring high-performance standards• Drive innovation within the team, encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies and• methodologies relevant to the practice area• Service Development and Innovation• Guide the development of innovative solutions within the practice area, ensuring• alignment between customer needs, market trends, and organizational capabilities• Drive the creation and implementation of new services, overseeing their introduction• from concept to market launch• Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to ensure new services align with the• overall portfolio strategyStrategic Business Growth• Define and execute strategies to expand the practice’s client base and increase its• footprint within the organization• Collaborate with other CoE leaders and C-level executives to align practice offerings with• broader organizational goals• Corporate Program Management• Lead and coordinate corporate programs related to the practice area, ensuring alignment• with organizational objectives and maximizing value deliveryClient and Partner Relations• Oversee and participate in complex, high-value proposals and negotiations with key• clients• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers and industry leaders• relevant to the practice area
