• Be responsible for pre-sales support for business customers in China market.• Answer customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, identify their purchasing needs, assist them in online purchases, and contribute to the company's sales performance.• Chat simultaneously with multiple customers online, type quickly, handle customer issues promptly, identify potential purchasing needs, and assist customers in completing online purchase.• Provide high-quality customer service experiences, accurately record customer needs, and promptly submit them to the subsequent sales department for follow-up.• Work closely with team members to solve problems together; maintain high efficiency under pressure.• Have an understanding and familiarity with Chinese culture; those with relevant life or work experience in China are preferred.

• Fluent in Chinese speaking, listening, reading and writing.
