Principal AI Engineer (2 headcounts)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, computer system, AI, or a related field Strong proficiency in C++ and Python Solid experience with CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP In-depth understanding of computer systems Extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, including internal structures Ability to conduct detailed logical and quantitative software performance analysis Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms Experience leading AI projects and mentoring junior team members Preferential: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, computer system, AI, or related field Strong expertise in CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP 2+ years experience in developing system software for GPUs/NPUs Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders Strong attention to detail and project management skills Contributions to research communities, with publications in major conferences such as ASPLOS, HPDC, ISCA, MICRO, PACT, PLDI, PPoPP, or SC.
