Key Responsibilities1. Responsibility to process engineer in review specification from customer & update in system2. Setup and prepare for NPI loading, summary report3. Implement and register tooling/material in system4. Management machine recipe/ parameter5. Co-work with related department to solver quality problem in line6. Conduct technical meeting and implement the actionable7. Process improvement as quality improvement, cycle time, productivity8. Create new recipe for machine and DOE process condition Process experience priority: SMT, Mold, Sputter…9. Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action10. Yield rate improvement, UPH activity, SOP creation11. Take care yield rate, new supplier quality12. Get training form other site, machine/material supplier13. Train and mentor for junior staff

1. Educational background:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field2. Experiences:• More than 3 years of working experience3. Skills:• Strong understanding of process control• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office4. Other requirements• Good at English communication skills• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
