Process Engineer

SMT Process• Good engineering skills related to the SMT technology• Understand the SMT module for each process/machine• Setup machine parameters to create the recipe (Programming) ex: Screen Printer, SPI, Mounter, Reflow, AOI, Flux Cleaning• Experience preferred: Good in Mounter for creating recipes with ASM machine Good in AOI for creating recipes with Parmi/Pemtron machine• Setup new machine and DOE process condition• Make report for MBO and LBO evaluation items• Quality and Yield improvement, troubleshooting• Failure analysis in the process to make corrective actionMold Process:• Good engineering skills related to the Mold technology Transfer mold / Compression mold• Knowledge about Mold Chase and Cavity design.• Understand Mold simulation software and method• Setup machine parameters to create the recipe (Programming)• Good experience with the Mold pressure controller system• Prefer to understand Mold machine of Fico, Towa• Setup new machine and DOE process condition• Make report for MBO and LBO evaluation items• Quality and Yield improvement, troubleshooting• Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action• Knowledge related to the process of PMC, SAT, X-RayGeneral Process• Process optimization and fine tune for needs of product, quality and yield etc.• New product qualification and process margin evaluation • Quality issue handling and Problem-solving management • Customer support and regular conference management
