We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with experience in cell tap welding (spot welding) and soldering to join our team at RRC Power Solutions.As a Process Engineer, you will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. Key responsibilities include process design, troubleshooting, quality control, project management, process automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.Key Responsibilities:• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes.• Support cell tab design improvements.• Prepare work instructions and specifications for welding processes.• Perform welding system inspections and set up welding procedures.• Optimize welding efficiency and tooling/fixtures.• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to develop SOPs.• Monitor process performance and implement control measures to reduce variation.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
