Process Engineer (Mechanical)

- Develop and improve production techniques.- Assist with designing routers to assure traceability and integrity of the production processes.- New product or service introduction.- Cost calculation and quoting of new Control box, Junction box, Filter Box, Control panel (UL 508A standard), Sub-assembly products (Thermocouple, RTD, Wire harness), Machined (CNC) products.- Assist production with configuration, process improvements and implementation.- Assist with qualifications and testing of new products and processes.- Assist with material source.- Assist with system development and improvement.- Assist design fixtures- Create word instruction- Using management software (ERP)- Create 3D, create 2D drawing based on 3D, review 2D drawing before it is released to Productions- Design, configure control panel products by 3D software.- Design electrical schematic drawings/install/ test based on function.- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
