Process Engineer – Pu& Nbr Compounding / Dipping Process

1.    Process Development 

·      Follow up with production to build new designed process completely in compliance to LEAN concept. 

·      Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization. 

·      Work closely with Production/ Maintenance / Automation Engineer to improve tools 

·      Design guides, template or platform are adequately updated to reflect new methods or approaches from development or product/process transferred to support highest volume, lost cost and highest quality 

·      Develop and maintain dipping/ compounding process optimization and validation programs. 

·      Drive FPY/RTY and reduce variance in dipping process. 

·      Support Sourcing and QA for technical matters 

2.    Manufacturing Support 

·      Support to develop new document to adapt required production operations 

·      Create the Standard Work and guideline for production 

·      Support to all the change of process 

·      Supporting of deal with supplier due to technical issue 

3.    Others 

·      Involve company activities such as Safety, Fire, Health, Team building, Audits… 

·      Support special projects as required 

·      Participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and improve product performance. 

·      Determine process capability for all developed processes
