- Responsible for management of Product Development, Engineering, Process Development, and Industrial Engineering Teams.
- Supporting Production departments for Improvement of projects.
- Management, motivation, and development of subordinates.
- R&D for competitive products, processes, materials, and machines as well as patents.
- Developing the process, design, and control project for product manufacturing.
- Analyzing the issues in product development, solve the issues with analytical thinking, and trial-out build and optimize the product aesthetic and dimensional.
- Preparing high-quality samples during product development.
- Managing the Process Engineer Team in manpower and job allocation.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or materials field.
- Experience in the Position of Technical Supervisor in the Automotive Industry, experience with Composites Materials for Automotive is a plus.
- 7 QC tools and other problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge about 3D CAD Systems (NX, Catia, SolidWorks)
- Good command of English, good computer skills MS (word, excel…).
- Have good systematic thinking and analytical skills.
- Good and strong leadership skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and others are necessary to do this job without conflict.
